About the Community Diagnostic Centre
In collaboration with York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Askham Bar Community Care Centre reopened as a Community Diagnostic Centre to help speed up the detection of many serious illnesses and to help to reduce waiting times for patients by offering a range of diagnostic tests, checks and scans.
Your GP will refer you to this centre if you require any of the services.
