Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays
Who can access the clinics?
There is a referral criterial for all patients. You need to be referred by your GP Practice. These clinics are currently restricted to patients who are registered at one of the Nimbuscare member GP Practices.
Who provides this service?
This is an exciting joint venture between our hospital and community teams and primary care. It will provide a holistic approach to the management of lower limb care, with the patient at the heart of the programme and aims speed up diagnosis and treatment of wounds.
The service is currently provided by specialists practitioners.
