What is this service?
York and Selby Talking Therapies offers a range of talking therapies for people experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, Post traumatic stress disorder, health anxiety, panic disorder, social phobia, and specific phobias.
Offering a range of different treatment options from groups, online programmes, telephone, video and 1-1 in person appointments.
Treatment options can be discussed once an assessment has been completed with a member of the team.
Who is it for?
This service is for anyone over the age of 16, suffering from a common mental health problem and living in the York and Selby area.
Where is it based?
Remote appointments and face to face appointments at a range of venues across York and Selby.
When does this service run?
The service is open Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm. We can offer some flexibility for appointments outside of these hrs.
