We are pleased to introduce our Event Space.
Our competitively priced facilities are a new local option for our Members, System Partners, External Organisations and Charities seeking high-quality, flexible space within a modern environment.
As a not-for-profit organisation, every booking helps support local healthcare and community wellbeing.

We offer two large event spaces that accommodate various room layouts catering for a maximum of 50 delegates. Lecterns, AV equipment, flipchart and whiteboard come as standard alongside a dedicated event facilitator. We also offer three smaller meeting rooms suitable for more intimate meetings or interviews with hot desk working options.

Our room hire service is fully supported by the Nimbuscare Events & Engagement Team, in addition to hiring event space the team can also support with the following:

For events taking place on evenings and at weekends, parking availability is typically not an issue. We have a small number of spaces dedicated to visitors who may need to park close to the building or require extra room.

We aim to respond in 24 hrs (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Event space hire is available to hire Monday to Friday 08.00 – 21.00, Saturdays 08.00 – 17.00 excluding bank holidays.
As a not-for-profit organisation, all income generated is reinvested into healthcare and community services.
