Blood tests (Phlebotomy)
What is this service?
This service is for all patients that require blood testing. Please note, you must have been advised to have a blood test by your GP practice or the Hospital.
There is no need to collect blood forms in advance unless the request is from the Hospital, in which case they will provide you with the form.

- Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00
- Saturday 8:00 – 12.30
