What is this service?
The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults aged 40-74. It is designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia.

- Various days/times between Monday to Friday 08:00-20:00 and Saturday 08:00-17:00

How to Access
Your GP practice will inform Nimbuscare when you are eligible for this service. Nimbuscare will contact you to arrange the appointment. If you have not heard from Nimbuscare you can call to check your eligibility.
