Initial Health Assessment (IHA) for looked after children
What is this service?
Our experienced team of doctors and paediatric nurses conduct a thorough medical assessment that covers the child’s physical health, mental well-being, and developmental milestones. The IHA helps in detecting any existing medical conditions, nutritional deficiencies, immunisation status, and any other health-related issues that need attention. Based on the findings of the assessment, a tailored health plan is created. This plan outlines the necessary medical treatments, follow-up appointments, and any specialist referrals required to ensure the child's well-being
